Wireless LAN access is available in the whole hotel.

Furthermore there is an Internet-access point in the lobby area (small  fee).

A fixed reservation can only be made after remittance of an amount of

DELAYED ARRIVAL / PREMATURE DEPARTURE:

In case of a delayed arrival or a premature departure
we will be obliged to charge the full price as arranged. Please notice our offer
of a cancellation insurance!

CANCELLATION INSURANCE:

The insurance fee conforms to your arrangement price.

IMPORTANT REFERENCE:

On the arrival day the rooms are ready for occupancy after 2:00 p.m.
We are sorry not to be able to confirm you a specific room number.
On the departure day we kindly ask you to leave the rooms and the parking lot by 11:00 a.m.

For short stay bookings (1 - 3 days) we charge a supplement of € 5,-- to € 10,-- per person and day.

Please note: From 7th Jan. 2012 onwards once per week we do not serve dinner (Tuesdays - rest day).
We therefore grant you a deduction of Euro 20,-- per adult  and 
Euro 10,-- per child (5 - 9 years).
Children up to 4 years without price deduction.

During pre-season and Christmas time/New Year (^2nd Dec. 2011 till ^07th  January 2012) as well as carneval and easter week
we serve dinner every evening (no rest day).

Sylvester supplement  
€ 62,-- per person  (children up to 18 years  without supplement).

Free car park in front of the hotel available.
Indoor parking in garage “Mühle” - 2 minutes walking distance 
from the hotel - at Euro 12,-- per day

We do not allow dogs in the hotel. Thanks for your understanding.
